Who we are
This website is operated by NASOS BRIDGE LIMITED, a private limited company registered in Kenya (company number PVT-PQ1EW5AO), with its registered office at Emerald Geita, Menelik Road, Kilimani, Nairobi, Kenya. Questions about this notice: [email protected].
What we collect
Contact form. If you write to us through the form, we receive the name, company, email address, phone number and message you enter. We use them only to reply to you and to handle your enquiry. They are kept for as long as the enquiry and any resulting business relationship require.
WhatsApp, email and phone. If you message, email or call us, we keep the correspondence for the same purpose. WhatsApp is operated by Meta; its own privacy policy applies to the message in transit.
Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to serve and protect the site. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
What we do not do
We set no cookies of our own and run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The only thing the site stores in your browser is your language choice, if you make one, and that stays on your device.
We do not sell or rent personal data.
We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run the site and handle enquiries (for example our hosting and form provider), and when the law requires it.
Fonts and third parties
Fonts are served from this website; nothing is loaded from Google Fonts or any other third-party font service. Links to other websites, including those of our group companies, lead to sites with their own privacy notices.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
