The idea

Flowers, fruit, meat, tea and coffee each move from Kenya to the Gulf through their own supply chain — but they are sold to the same kind of buyer, through the same ports and airports, with the same paperwork. The group exists so that the parts every lane needs are built once and shared.

The property business, Bazar, serves the Kenyan side of the same network: the owners, agents and construction firms the group works alongside in Nairobi.
