In Kenya, Beefy supplies halal chicken and beef to hotels, restaurants and butcheries from beefy.co.ke — whole birds, portions, marinated trays and packed ranges.
For the Gulf, Beefy prepares chilled carcasses of Galla goat and Dorper sheep, 7 to 12 kg, slaughtered halal with the certificate, wrapped in white cloth and flown from Nairobi to Riyadh with the export documents. Chilled beef on request.
Beefy is being restructured. Export lanes are quoted order by order while that work is finished; the Nairobi wholesale business continues.
